A triple bock with allll the malts: Munich, Caramunich, Double Roasted Crystal, and Grand Master Kick-Ass Caramizzle. Okay, the last one was made up but you get the point. It’s Roasty, Toasty, and just the winter warmer you’ve been craving.

Bottled. A black beer with a lazing brown head. The aroma has notes of caramel, malt, and chocolate. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, bread, malt, and chocolate, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle from Loz's T'Øl advent calendar, consumed at home Saturday 4th December 2021 listening to Idles - Crawler, preparing a full on Bayerisch dish, Beef Roulades with Gherkins and Bacon and served with homemade Finger Gnocchi. Pours chestnut brown with a ruby glint and a lovely cappuccino coloured head. The cappuccino also presents itself in the mouth and nose, super malty, robust and yet very smooth. Chocolate, thickness in the mouth. Really nice.

bottle #3 from 2 øl julekalender dark brown but far from black, smooth small light brown head. nutty caramelly malty aroma, bock, very faint licorice. alc. is well hidden in the aroma. flavor is nutty, dark caramelly, malty, slightly roasted malty, anise, spicy bitterness (not yeasty). alc. quite well hidden, but lots of flavor so you might suspect a high abv without being able to taste it. which is great.

Bottle from the monthly club drunk after an extremely long workday. Super dark with a tan head. Mild clean nose of molasses and fruity coffee. Nice sweetness on the tongue that fades to complex roasted malt with a good balance of hop bitterness and perhaps some mineral-like astringency (from the malt?). No hints of soy, just thick triple Bock goodness.
