A full flavored light in the darkness. Close your eyes and this Blonde Ale with milk sugars, vanilla and white chocolate then cold press brewed with White Pine’s locally roasted Coffee beans will fool you into thinking you’re drinking a darker beer.

Can from Beerdome. Aroma is vanilla, white chocolate, coffee, biscuits, caramel, hazelnuts, malt, and some lactose. Medium sweet with a light bitterness. Body is medium with some pleasant creaminess. I did not expect this one to work as well as it does, it's among the more balanced from the series.

Clear light orange beer, small creamy off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: all vanilla, some coffee, milk chocolate. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sweet, vanilla, chocolate notes, soft acidity, little bitter, more chocolate, hint of coffee. Aftertaste soft bitterness, bit sweet, some coffee, caramel, vanilla, mocha, soft roast, surprisingly good flavour.

473ml can. Pours a clear gold-amber with a medium, foamy, long lasting, off-white head that laces nicely. Aroma of coffee, white chocolate, vanilla and wheat malt. Sweet flavour of white chocolate, lactose, vanilla, wheat malt and oats in a dry, mild bitter, coffee finish. Light to medium body with a creamy, smooth texture and soft carbonation. A pretty solid Blonde Ale.

Can sampled at THT December. Clear golden with small white head. Coffee, creamy, pils malts, soft vanilla, light white chocolate and grassy hops. Under medium sweet and almost medium bitter. Just medium bodied. Like a cheap pils with coffee and white chocolate. Weird.

16 ounce can into pint glass, best before 6/25/2019. Pours slightly hazy deep golden amber color with a 1 finger fairly dense and fluffy off white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big milk/white chocolate, cocoa, nutty medium roast coffee, vanilla, cream, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light honey, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of chocolate, coffee, lactose, vanilla, and bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big milk/white chocolate, cocoa, nutty medium roast coffee, vanilla, cream, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light honey, and herbal/grassy earthiness. Mild herbal/grassy hop and roasted coffee bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of milk/white chocolate, cocoa, nutty medium roast coffee, vanilla, cream, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light honey, and herbal/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of chocolate, coffee, lactose, vanilla, and bready malt flavors; with a solid malt/bitterness balance, and no cloying flavors after the finish. Slightly increasing dryness from lingering hop/coffee bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/grainy, and slightly sticky/chalky mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5%. Overall this is an excellent flavored blonde ale! All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of chocolate, coffee, lactose, vanilla, and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the minimally bitter/drying finish. Very rich and flavorful for the ABV. Perfectly balanced between chocolate, coffee, lactose, vanilla, and wheat/oat/malt flavors; with mild earthy hops against sweetness. A very enjoyable offering, and awesome style example.
