Aroma is pretty good nice and spicy perfume with apples. This is an old bottle not sure how old. But I suspect that the cork dried out, as it's a touch flat and Well the description is on the sweet side this is on the tart side. So I think there's some oxidation going on here. A pity.

Refrigerated 75 cl brown bottle poured into a white wine glass. Pours clear pale yellow and small white head which dissipates fast. Aroma is very light apple, light body, little carbonation, and no lacing. Taste is slightly dry apple and white wine. Simple, not much flavor, pass.

Bottle at cider dinner at jimmys 43. Nice pour with light nose of apple skin and champagne. Fruit forward with a bit of residual sugar. Some bitterness and white wine flavors. Sweet finish but enough carbonation to make lovely summer sipper.

Bottle @ home. Filtered, clear, golden orange appearance with no head. Slightly toasty, apple pulpy, mildly dry, vinous aroma. Lightly sour, sweet, toasty apple flavor with a mild to moderately finish. Slightly vinous. Kind of a weird toasty flavor.

(Notes) On tap @ R&H. Served in a long-stem goblet. Light, but nearly chardonnay in color. Still, except for a ripple here & there. Smell is watered down white wine with tart apples & a touch of bubblegum. Taste is of oxidized white wine, soft florals, tart green apple skins & a wincing astringency. Slightly metallic. Unbashful alcohol. Light on the wood tannins. Delicate carbonation. Dry, chalky finish. Served too cold & too dry for me anyway.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours with a really light head that fades and a clear golden body. Some legs, surprisingly. Aroma of cork, apple and light horse. Taste is dry and delicate apples with light acidity. Nicely balanced and easy to drink. Medium carb and dry finish (as it should). Very nice.

Bright, light yellow. Fresh, fruity and altogether clean aroma. Quite tart, with notes of apple skin and tannin. Bright on the palate with more apple complexity than the Semi-Dry. Very tart finish - fresh & fruity character is quenching indeed.
