The BREWSTER GANG, imagined by our 2 brewsters, Emily & Sara, is a hazy IPA recipe complemented with an organic tea from Yoma Tea, infused with hops with citrus aromas, as well as with tea flavours of bergamot, strawberries and a touch of mint.

Cloudy golden orange. Aroma is pineapple passion fruit banana caramel and light tea kombucha if i think about it. Taste is brausetablette moderately fruity with moderate hop bitterness. Eventually some sweet malt finish. Quite unique. Light hop burn. Alright.

Can, 6.5%. Good fruity aroma, watermelon, mango, passion fruit. Not tea so much. Muddy golden colour. Small stable chalk white head. The flavour has more tea. Some tea bitterness and a good citrus note along with the Earl Grey bergamot thing. Creamy mouthfeel.

On tap at the 14th Brugs Bier Festival, Brugge, Belgium. A hazy golden/yellow coloured pour with a healthy white head on top. Hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, tropical fruit taste/aroma. Refreshing IPA.
