Bottle from their little online club. Free shipping if you are so inclined. Glass mug @home. Clear, dark, oily, almost whisky-ish pour. Lots of activity. Sizzling head. Tart, drying, wood barrel, bitter greens, astringent, paint is peeling. Browned apple sweetness evaporates so fast. Tannic as hell. Intense bitter fruit. No notice that this is wild fermented(can't tell either). This is why I love South Hill. Drying, turning drier. ABV is solid. Loved this.
