Half liter from Appalachian. Bottled 12/30/2020. Stemless wineglass @home. Quick spritz on the pour & everything quickly goes still. Sort of a dull gold. Lemon, sharp apple, sour peach, hay. Sweet & sour, more sour. Dissolved Sweet-Tarts, iron, straight lemon juice, sugarless dried apricot, malic acid. Some vinegar. Lightly yeasty finish. Spent, very mellow wood. Can't taste any apples anywhere. Thin, low to no carbonation, juicy, indifferent abv, sulfite ughs. Straight sour mix. What's the point?
