4-Pack of cans from Appalachian. Pint glass @home. Foggy orange amber brew. Active carbonation. Mucky look after the quick hitting head drops. Smells of earth & funky fermenting hay. Dry, juicy, sulfurous, French cider nose. Taste is mostly dry, fruity, tannic, somewhat minerally(though not nearly as aggressive as other Oliver's hard water-like offerings). Game-y Spanish Sidra half sour funk/foul, gum, old cask, residual yeast. Lingering grape sharpness/tartness & Aspirin bitterness on the finish. Strong carbonation, chunky feel, somewhat parching(but not completely dry), a bit difficult overall. Okay. I didn't love it. Wouldn't do two in a row.
