Pricey little can from Covenhoven about six months ago. Kept sleeping in the back of the fridge. Not a good practice for volatile Graft products. Mojito glass @home. Pretty, clear, rosé inspired brew with maybe a twinge of orange. Second pour has just a spittle of yeast to murk it up. Inviting sharp plum/rose scent layered over perceived apple acidity. Spices are thankfully super faint for now. Taste is light apple rosé, which is all the trend(& I agree with it). Moderately tart, moderately acidic, bitter but hinting at bittersweet apples. Thin & airy, with very parching black tea drying it all up. Some very quiet spice at the very tail. It's so restrained, I'm shocked Graft could be so patient. This is wonderful. I think it's the tea. Love them tannins. It doesn't taste at all like the typical yogurt powdered spice bomb still fermenting experiment I frequently get. It also still tastes like apples. ...$28/4pack. Hopefully they re-bottle in a bigger format.
