Bottle from Union Square. Pils glass @home. Good sizzle, weak head. Body is an oily orange with amber; clear. Earthy, zoo animals, old veg, dark berries, gum, sidra, still fermenting. Taste is delish. Acidic, bitter & oily apple essence, sharp & complex bittersweet grape/berry notes that aren't heavy handed, hay, mild funk, glue. Body is oily as stated, but thin. Low but sufficient carb, booze is there but doesn't stand out. Good stuff.
