Bottle from an indie shop in BK I can't recall. Tulip @ home. As close to a bottle bomb as possible for a cider. Billowy, preventative pour. Tall glass, mostly head. Settling in, pale straw, faint haze. Big floral, gum, yeasty nose. Taste is acidic. Lemony, floral, hay, yeast, gum, salt. Bubbly throughout. Thin, dusty. Drinks well, though it's all acid & little else to balance it.
