Bottle from the Union SQ. Farmer's Market in January. Goblet at home. Dusty, fizzy, gold body. Smells of twangy apples, bushes, leaves, chalk, active fruity fermentation. Bitter apples, mellow melon & leafy greens, warming oak barrels spirits. Finish is remaining booze & apple peel. Creamy honey/yeast texture. Solid carbonation. Good.
