Bottle, 500 ml, courtesy of and shared with the DC crew. Cloudy golden, white head. Apples, some funk, dry, bit thin in finish.

Squat 50cl bottle pours a clear gold, plenty of fizz, ring of white head. Nose has lemon and apples and pears and some white grape. Flavors follow. Tart and bone dry. 7 5 7 4 13

Lots of peel. A hint of smoke. Some tang. Golden pour. Fizzy. Tangy finish. Bottle.

On tap @ As Is NYC. Later in bottle @ home. Less fruit, 8.4% in glass, but nearly the same product. Wine glass. Opaque gold. Smells of green under-ripe pears, dry grass, stems, medicine. Bottle throws some pineapple in the air. Bitter, rindy, leafy, saturated fruit. Something like an under-ripe banana as it warms & flattens. Aspirin finish. Crispy, drying on the palate. Okay, interesting, if difficult, which is part for this brand.
