Bottle from Union Sq. market. Duvel glass at home. Opaque, honey gold color. Fast-hitting head. Smells of wet leaves, fermentation, bitter apples, lemon. Taste is bitter-tart apples & leafy greens. Creamy yeasty, but with sharp & strong bubbles cleaning it all up. Mild sidra funk. Lingering bitter, earthy, mineral-y finish that sells it. Tasty.
