Updated bottle rate: Bottle offers up a much cleaner bite, with a bit of saline & an astringent finish. Prefer the tap variant, but that is possibly no more. On tap @ Cardiff Giant. Wine glass. Vibrant, clear 18k gold body. Scent is creamy, buttery, with a warm apple brandy whiff. Woody, macerated, butterscotch & green apple flavor. Crispy at times. Sharp, tart finish thins it out. Different. Thanks!
