A hazed blonde cider with aroma of sweet apple jam, light acidity, light gin barrel, very nice. In mouth, a nice tart mix of apple, juniper, light acidity, very nice. On tap at Astoria Bier and Cheese.

Vintage bottle 02/21: Brighter, big citrus acid/lemon zest, fitting botanics. Sizzling, very gummy, pleasantly dry & bitter. Love it. 4.5 On tap @ Covenhoven: 7/19 Stubby low-ball glass. Clear, thin head, dark gold. Gummy, slightly wild, Sidra nose. Tastes like a sour guava/passion fruit with any perceived botanicals being a backdrop pleasantry. Gum, apple skin bitterness. Fizzy, dry, thin, bold. ABV feels less & you can drink this till you're blind. Very good once it all opens up.
