50cl bottle I bought to go from Dio Wines on H Street. Amazing color, clear but a mandarin orange. Some floaties. Nose has green grapes, some neutral oak barrel, a little buttery, crab apple, but really more rotting apple. Flavor is oily and butter, like apple butter without the sugar, Balkan wine, some neutral oak. Finishes oily. Unique.

Bottle from Some Good Beer in NYC. Duvel tulip. Deep, clear gold pour. Quick-hitting & fading white head. Creamy, berry-ish scent much more so then apples. Crispy, salty, wafer, leafy & mildly bitter apples. Faint berry flavor. Complex yeasties give me a cherry almond sort of finish. Carbonation could be better. Not bad.
