4-pack from Brooklyn Cider's holiday market. Pint glass pour. Spritzy, opaque staw body. Smells of soda sweet ginger ale, acidic apples, grass & yeast. Taste is tart ginger juice, carrot, sour & bitter apples, vinegar, acetate. Spritzy, turning yeasty then slick on the finish. Strong, sometimes overwhelming acidity & noticable sulfites hurt after a while. Okay.
