On tap @ Foold Gold. Clear, vibrant gold, still. Waxy, faint apple, more melon & leftover honey florals. Bitter, biting apples rolling into a slightly herbal note, a little bitter peel, then a little whiskey, but not much. Lingering bitter pith, bit of barrel wood & was. Delicately thin & completely dry. Great still.

Sampled from the tap at As Is. Pours a clear gold with a bubbly white head that starts and remains at the edges. Aroma has dry apple and honey with a rye whiskey bite backing. Flavor has a lot of dry honey with dry apple and a bit of rye whiskey and plastic underlying.
