Made with a bright blend of tart pineapple, tropical juiciness, and with some hazy at best memories of our time in hawaii years ago. It’s all the friday you need.

Sample at The Draft Room during the Streetside Time, Baby! event on 06/14/2019. Hazy yellow color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to a sparse outer ring. Spotty lace. Aroma of pineapple and wheat. Light-bodied with flavors of pineapple, apple and wheat. The finish is fruity with a pineapple aftertaste. Decent overall.

Can from the now defunct New Beer Distributors. Pint glass. Hazy straw. Head. Smells of soap, macerated pineapple, yeast. Soft & crispy. Tastes of soap & real pineapple juice. Apples are lost on me.

On tap at The Malted Barley, pours a cloudy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma is like pineapple juice and nothing else. Flavour is similar, with almost nothing but pineapple juice. Lightly tart and quite sweet. Barely cider-like. Not my thing.

From tap. Pours hazy yellow, small white head. Aroma is mild apple fruity. Juicy apples, pineapple citrusy too. Tropical fruty, sweet pineapple and juicy. Sweet and crisp finish.

Pours a slightly hazy pale yellow from a tap. Light pineapple and apple aroma, rather light handed on the pineapple flavor but pleasantly so: it doesn’t beat you over the head with its addition. Good cider.

Can drunk 8/18/17.
Quite hazy, ripe lemon-yellow body with plentiful carbonation.
Good mix of fairly authentic, though somewhat "sweet" pineapple and apple in the nose, with soft vanilla, fresh yeast mineral and no alcohol or flaw.
Good sweet/dry balance with lots of real, fresh-tasting pineapple. Fairly spritzy, ample carbonation with a soft, if slightly watery texture. I'm still up-in-the-air about this Cidery. Obviously it's the New American-style cider, which in general I think is awful, but these guys do it pretty well, for what it's worth. Even if this tends sweet, it's not syrupy, fake or cloying.
