Bottle from either Briisin’ Ales or Tasty Beverage. Different approaches, but both great establishments. Rounded pint glass. A sparkly, slightly chill hazed, golden brew. A blip of sediment got in right at the end, hopefully for the better. Smell is soft and sweet rum cake. Condensed apple pie a la mode. Taste is seriously boozy for under 7%. A minty, astringent alcohol bitterness strikes first, leaning into an acidic, middling, fleshy apple flavor. Seriously, it tastes minty... Gets better as it warms. Turning juicier & edging off the one-sided bitterness. More pie flavors now, baked & gently sweet. Still a bit difficult, I appreciate it more. Ever so lightly carbed. Thin, turning a little gooey. Cakes crust & spice finish. Apples were just a second feature sadly, but as a whole, this was solid.
