Slightly sweet and crisp with an earthy flavor, a little funky taste at the finish like a saison.

On tap at the cidery. Classic golden brew, with a slight haze. Smell is apple wine with a dash of orange and honey. Bittersweet & slightly tart. Obvious apricot juice that doesn't overshadow the base cider. Almost spicy with zest. Strong acid. Thin body. Low carb. House juice is a little simple, but the ingredients work well together.
