On tap at Upright Brew House. 5oz sampler glass. Cloudy, lemon wheat colored brew. Cotton candy/blue raspberry & sour lemon nose. Taste is unexpected, but inoffensive. Lemon heads, cotton candy, salt. Margarita sour mix...?! Close. Apples? Where? No funk. Drying, acidic, more tangy then sour. Thin. Rancid juice? I don't know what this is. For a sour mix, it pretty good. As a cider, it's just a science experiment.
