750ml pours a clear burnt orange, white head. Nose has rotting apples, earthy, some cheese. Flavors follow.  Fullish bodied, cheesy, tart. 7 7 7.5 7 7

Taster & bottle from Blackduck's stall at the Fort Green farmer's market. Tulip Pour. Cranberry, opaque color. Still. Smells of a pleasant, funky cherry/strawberry mix. Thin texture. More like subtle barn funk. A touch antiseptic, pesticide, irritating, but familiar, like cherry skins & apple peel. Mild apple essence. Dill was suggested at the tasting & it is to my surprise, really there. How? Why? Light, yeasty finish. Interesting. Decent. Would try again.
