Super hazy golden coloured body with a pale white head. Aroma of allspice, coriander seed, nutmeg, anise and a ton of canella with a big dose of alcohol noticeable in the nose and even some black pepper. Light-bodied; Strong apple and spice flavours up front with the nutmeg, anise and canella the most pungent with a lot of sweetness from caster sugar and some fruity notes showing a lot of apples and a good dose of pears as well. Aftertaste shows the apples, pears, light peppery bite and a ton of spices throughout - very nice and incredibly pungent, in a good, balanced way. Overall, a super nice and balanced cider with a great spicey character that shows well, has a big dose of sugars that complement the beer nicely, but also a good robust bite towards the end as well. Great to sample, especially at Christmas-time in the cold weather months. I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from Liqour Outlet in Boonton, New Jersey on 22-September-2018 for US$2,49 sampled at my Mom's house in Manassas, Virginia on 23-December-2018.

Can from City Swiggers. Better then average cider selection here. Tulip pour. Unusual sea foam head that takes a little bit to dissipate. Murky mellow gold body, carbonated. Smells softly of cinnamon, nutmeg & lactose sweetness. Eating apples. Smells like apple pie a la mode. Feel is soft & creamy. Faintly carbonated(maybe from sitting in my fridge for months?). Taste is more & more like a la mode. The taste of melted vanilla ice cream & runny apples mixing together on the plate. A little hint of yeasty crust at the end. Barely a nip from the 6.5% abv. This is of course sweet, but expecting that, it is a nice holiday treat without being too blatant with the spice.

2015 can, drunk 11/20/15.
Deep golden-copper liquid is quite hazy with a small white ring of bubbles atop.
Rich apple sugars, holiday spicing and light caramel/toffee accents in the nose. There’s a bit of buttercream from the oak chips, but they aren’t heavily apparent. Vanilla, honey, caramel and spice lingering. No alcohol or flaws.
Sweet and spicy, for sure, but there’s a richness to the sweetness that is much more authentic than most cheap, sugary, syrupy ciders. The spices taste real, as well, and are not overdone, but give a good pepperiness and dryness to the cider. Light butter toffee and vanilla with hints of toastiness from the oak chips. Soft, nearly creamy consistency with a medium-full body and low but tight carbonation. Quite impressed. Very happy to try more of their stuff. Looks like they do a lot of interesting things.
