12oz bottle from the Fort Greene Flea. Pint glass pour. Clear golden yellow, with a spritz of soda fizz. Smells of sweet Canada Dry ginger ale, but with an extra kick of ginger & yeast. Taste is tarter and spicier then expected. Very juicy ginger, sweetened by some tannic apple juice. Not as tangy and hot(& artificial) as a Jamaican ginger ale, but very natural. Faint yeast and a need for another sip close it out. Lighty carbed. Refreshing. Easy. A nice alternative to a straight apple cider.
