On tap @ The Queens Kickshaw. Still. Filtered, mellow gold color. Smell is gentle & muted when too cold, but opens up. Minerals & some peach/apple sourness. Peel. Some interesting funk/cheese/musk that’s not too forward. Taste is irony/minerally, tangy apples. Biting. Moderately tannic. Solid acid, better tartness. Not bone dry. Some heft to the body. Winey, saline finish. Awesome.
