Growler at RBWG. Pours a hazy yellow gold with medium frothy white head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is wheat, fruit, and funk. Sweet grain malt and citrus. Decent.

375mL pours clear deep gold with a near white head of foam. The aroma has sweet apple notes, pears, earthy apple skins and a soft pear like essence. The taste is similar with a nice mild tartness cutting through the apple to pear like fruity sweetness. This is lovely. The sweetness, the earthiness and the slight tartness create a pleasing harmony.

12 ounce bottle thanks to JW77. Pours a mostly cloudy orange color with a large fluffy white head. A big nose of dusty yeast and some sawdust. Seems like a fairly strong brett character, some lemon, robust citrus at times, woody, peppery. Very nice. The thick wax is unneeded.

Bottle. Pours a near clear pale yellow with white head that starts and remains at the edges. Aroma has earthy grain with a hint of light fruit with a backing dry Chardonnay. Flavor starts with earthy sweet grains and light Belgian yeast with a nice note of dryness from the Chardonnay in the finish.
