Keg at BD AGM. It pours clear amber with a decent white head. The aroma is fresh, bready, papaya, mango, guava, orange muffin and fruit salad sweets. The taste is crisp, bitter-sweet, juicy, bready, orange muffin, papaya, mango, minerals and marmalade with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Fresh and juicy.

Bottle. Beer Stop, Dronfield. Clear gold, with a few floaters. Thin, sticky, lasting, white head. Lovely tangy hop. Grapefruit, and white grape. Hint of watermelon and peach. Some background of biscuit malts. Taste is sweet, turning fruity bitter. Light body. Slightly oily. Finishes soft, fruity bitter. Good beer, although the mouthfeel is a little oily, and doesn’t suit the freshness. But that’s being picky, probably. Good stuff, overall.

Keg at the brewery taproom. Pours clear yellow-gold with a creamy, white head. Mild pithy citrus in the nose, some peach, melon, tangerine. Light-medium sweet flavour with more tangerine and peach, bread, light grapefruit. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Neatly balanced to finish, with sweet and juicy citrus, pale bread, white grape. Nice one.
