Bottle at home. Amber with small beige head. Caramel malts, chestnuts, soft hops, light earthy. Medium sweet and bitter. Solid medium bodied. Quite nice balance between malts and hops, I like it.

Bottle shared with JMD at HNB 10.02.18. Chestnut colour. Fairly persistent beige head and lacing. Fine aroma of medium roasted malt, citrus and a hint of liquorice. Taste of grapefruit bitterness and malt. Decently balanced. Medium grapefruit bitterness is lingering on. Dry mouthfeel.

Keg @ Gas Work Brewbar, Manchester. Deeper-red with a thin head. Crisp, bitter, but not too bitter, with a light berry-fruit sweetness - all very enjoyable.
