12 oz. can purchased in San Antonio, TX. Pours a hazy gold color with a small white head and decent retention. Almost no lacing. Grainy aroma. Kind of an odd flavor, like a lot of different styles mixed together. Lager, pilsner, golden and Helles are all there in bits. Light bitter finish. Nothing shines through. It's just okay.

Good barley and a hint of mercury. Not bad for style. Golden pour with decent head. Crisp end with some cloying tanginess. Can thanks to my wife.

Night Owl, Austin: pours golden with a white head. Aroma is grassy and grainy. Taste is a sort of bitter graininess. Not really my favorite as far as lagers go.

Draft at the source. Clear pale gold with a white head. Aroma of bread and light malts. Taste is similar, with hints of toffee and apple. Light-bodied and mild.

Draft @ Oasis on 2 July 2015. mostly clear gold. Aroma of wet straw, lager yeast, maybe lemon. The flavor is mostly the same. A little grassy from the Saaz with a grainy texture. Finish has a lingering grass character. simple and clean.

On tap at Hay Merchant. Pours a cloudy yellow with thick frothy white head that lasts leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is bready malt, floral, and pine hop, dry hop, pine, and nice light dry finish. Good.
