Draught at Rogue Kitchen & Wetbar (W. Broadway), Vancouver
Golden color with pinkish hue. Sour aroma, some lactic acid, lightly vinous. Good mouthfeel, it’s light, fizzy and dry, supported by mild acidity; the flavor is sourish and winey in the front, a bit tannic in the finish.
Pleasant beer, nothing complicated.

On tap. Pours a clear copper with little head. Aromas of honey and jammy grapes. Flavors of old apples, grape must and light Brett. Fruity and creamy but clean.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear copper with medium frothy off white head leaving sticky lacing. The aroma is strong grape and brett. Thin mouth, tart grape, light funk, brett, really enjoyed this one.
