Taster at the brewery. Pours a clear, pinkish, orange color, with a small, off-white head. The aroma is apricot, distinct brett, mild cherry, merlot-like tannins, cocoa (oddly enough), cloves, and pine. Sweet and syrupy, with a lightly funky flavor. Not tart, nor bitter, just funky. Light to medium body, with a flat, acidic mouthfeel. This is an interesting, complex and delicious saison.

Sample at the taproom during the "GABF Throw-down at Beryl's!" on 10/05/2017. Copper-amber color with a medium thin off-white head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Short strings of lace. Aroma of oak, yeast, fruit and malt. Full-bodied with flavors of vinous oak, funky yeast, fruit and malt. The finish is oaky and funky with a wine aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

On tap at Beryl's, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out perfumey notes, wine barrels and a touch of brett. Flavour is complex and scarily drinkable for the ABV, with wine barrels, brett and light fruitiness. Complex and well-rounded. Excellent.

Hazy light amber. Thin head. Lots of both brett and barrel...can’t lie, it’s what this beer needed. Mellow slightly sweet interpretation with a bretty finish.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy orange with small off white head. The aroma is strong brett and grape. Medium mouth, grape, vinous, light dryness, strong brett, very good.

Tulip at the brewery - pours a hazy orange - nose of wine, tropical Brett, mild funk, light musky, peach skin, white grape - smells pretty dang nice - creamy texture - medium sweet, with some grape must, moderate tartness, complex but subdued Brett character, peach skin, white grape, tropical character - this beer is pretty dope.
