Bottle at De Garde. Pours a cloudy gold orange with no head. The aroma is strong funk, oak, grape, wine. Thin mouth, tart, oak, white grape, light dry finish, really enjoyed this one.

The beer is perfectly still. Golden color, clear liquid. The aroma is white grape juice, fairly vinous. Faint buttery note from the grapes. Very mild oak. The taste has some grape sweetness. Nice lactic sourness. Interesting mix of flavors.

From a bottle at the brewery. Aroma is super grape forward with some wine notes. Medium light acidity and light citrus notes with hints of oak. Grapes are a bit buttery and musty. Pours a very clear golden color with a faint fizz, but no head or lacing. Small legs. Flavor is moderately acidic with some medium light citrus notes and light oak. Moderate grape skin must and tannins with some light butter notes. Some wine character as well. Slight sweetness, but a very dry finish. Medium bodied with faint carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a pretty nice beer and the grape character works well with still nature of it. Nice acidity and grape must, but the grapes are a touch buttery.
