Bottiglia, con una etichetta che fa evidentemente riferimento al film di Luis Buñuel. Il gusto al naso è indirizzato verso frutta passita, ciliegia, pane nero e orzo tostato. L'olfatto viene sollecitato in maniera elevata e la maniera in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma color marrone chiaro non è molto persistente. La grandezza delle bollicine è media. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. Il colore è scuro impenetrabile. L'amaro è contenuto. L'intensità gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sul tetto della bocca si fermano impressioni di miele, frutta secca, arrostito, luppolo, agrumi, torbato, etilico e alcol presente.

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma media grana beige scarsa ed evanescente, color marrone/mogano velato, al naso liquirizia caramello zucchero di canna leggero miele, in bocca malto caramello prugne sciroppate uvetta spezie e leggero vaniglia, corpo leggero, alcool ben in evidenza, carbonazione piatta, watery, astringente, dolce con amaro accentuato. Bottled 330ml. -from Roybeer Milano. Brown coloured, small to medium sized off-white head, dried fruits, yeast and alcohol in the nose. Moderate sweet malty, dried fruits, yeast, caramel, light spices and noticable alcohol presence.

Bottle 330ml. @ GBBF 2017, [ Great British Beer Festival 2017 ], London Olympia, Hammersmith Road, London, England W14 8UX.[ As Extraomnes Chien Andalou ].Unclear dark brown colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, dark malt, moderate to heavy yeasty, Abt yeast, dark fruit, wood - hazelnut, alcohol, raisin, yeast - dark sugar - candy. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long to average duration, Abt yeast - belgium yeast, dark fruit, wood - hazelnut, alcohol, raisin - plum. 0,33l bottle from Beergium. Mid brown beer with small and quickly vanishing head. Aroma has sweet sugar, booze and some dark fruits. Taste has sugar, dark fruits, raisins and booze. Medium+ body, a bit dry at the end.

Bottle thanks to Sarah! Pours a hazy very dark brown with a light brown head that dissipates nearly completely. Aroma has a good amount of rum with some sweet dark grains, Belgian candied sugar and a bit of booze underlying. Flavor has strong dark fruits and raisins with sweet grains, a bit of Belgian candied sugar and a light booze underlying.

Bottle (from beergium). Pours dark brown. Aroma is sweet, candy sugar, booze. Flavor is sweet and bitter, malt, candy sugar, booze, raisins. Finish is sweet and malty. Overall: good enough, but feels really simple.
