Tap. Pours opaque black, small tan head, good lacing. Aroma is really rich espresso mocha. Flavors is light plus sweet, medium bitter, strong fresh espresso, mocha, hint of cigarette butts. Full body, creamy mouthfeel. Excellent beer, but much like actual coffee the flavor doesn't quite live up to the promise of the aroma.

Keg at Drink of Ages. It pours jet black with a thick tan head. The aroma is rich, sweet, big sweet coffee vibe, unctuous, creamy, coffee grounds, cacao vibe and coffee liqueur. The taste is smooth, rich, bitter - sweet, big coffee vibe, latte, cacao nibs earth, toasty action and some alcohol with a dry finish. Medium - full body and moderate carbonation. Pretty rich and decadent.

On tap at The Hay Merchant. Pours a dark brown with small tan head that lasts. The aroma is strong roast coffee, dark chocolate, cream. Medium mouth, rich coffee roast, dark chocolate, vanilla, lingering bitterness, very nice.
