Hazy blonde, thick head. Niiiiiice bretty aroma, with fruity accents. Dry, clean sweet pale malts, medium bitterness...not so much saison but a straight up wild ale.

On tap at Arizona Wilderness, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out a lovely spiciness from the Belgian yeast, followed by a wonderful floral dry hopping. Flavour has lots of dry hopping, with floral notes and Belgian yeast. Lots of depth, with excellent dry hopping.

Tap. Pours clear golden, medium off white head, nice lacing. Aroma is light and standard, Belgian yeast esters, pepper, field grass, bubblegum. Flavor is very light sweet, light bitter, yeasty, hints of mineral water. Light body, perhaps a bit watery. Nice session Saison.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy yellow with small off white head that lasts. The aroma is lemon zest, yeast, clove. Medium mouth, banana, citrus, clove, lemon, light dry finish, good.

Being presumably a “table” beer I was expecting more like 3% to 4% ABV. Oh well. Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a mildly opaque gold body that supports a near white head. The aroma offers up loads of banana and coriander spice. It then gets a bit grassy and bell peppers like as well as some saison yeasty spices. The taste is soft and kind of sweet with coriander and banana like esters mixing with hops that are largely grassy and vegetable like with a slight green bell pepper sensation. Pretty nice Saison but a bit too sweet for my taste for this style.
