2013? Vintage. Pours like apple cider mixed with OJ. That foam in the photo clears off quickly, but a column of bubbles keeps coming up in the center. Looks like juice pulp around the edge and in the beer itself. Smells a lot like peach nectar, just a bit of funk.
TASTE. peach? Check! Apricot? Check!
A lot of tartness once I actually get into sipping it.
2nd of 10 beers from the seller of another friend who's moving I have been going through the lighter alcohol ones or the ones that might not age so well, and saving a lot more barleywine and barrel aged stouts for later.

Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma has a medium light acidity with a bit of citrus notes and some light pineapple. Medium light stone fruit notes with more apricot than peach. Light oak with hints of rum and wine. More white wine than rum. Pours a hazy, pale golden brown straw color with a medium large, frothy white head that recedes steadily to a thin film that is replenished and lingers nicely. Flavor is moderately acidic with light sweetness and malt notes. Medium light citrus notes with some faint pineapple. Lots of stone fruit notes with more apricot than peach. Some light rum and whit wine notes with a bit of oak. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a very nice stone fruit sour. The mix of rum and wine barrels adds nice complexity. Acidity is present but isn’t too sharp. Balanced fruit notes. Nice yeast and bacteria character.
