Bottled, thanks oh6gdx! Dark brown, small head. Dusty licorice aroma. Mid sweet with medium-full body and rounded mouthfeel. Molasses, figs and salmiak. Peppery bitterish finish.

Bottled. Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is liquorice, some toffee mild alcohol as well as some slight roasted notes to it. Flavour is very similar. Actually quite much like the Beer Hunters Mufloni Impy Stout we had before this, but at the same time a bit more thin and dry than the Mufloni as for the palate.

Tap at Erzbierschof Zurich. Intense roast aroma, mostly mocca and dark chocolate. Rather soft mouth, but very smooth and tasty. Sweet, only slightly bitter. Palate is another rush of coffee over some booze. Nice!

Bottle thanks to Stuu666. Appearance - opaque black with a creamy fawn head. Nose - burnt toffee and liquorice. Tar. Smoky. Taste - more of the same really. Highland toffee. Palate - medium bodied with a creamy sweet middle section and a long dry tangy finish. Overall - great nose.

330ml bottle shared with Ashton McCobb and Stuu666. Pours dark brown with a thin beige head. Aromas of chocolate, faint tar. Taste is more of the same, touch of liquorice. Bit thin. Sweet finish.

Draft @ Villi Wäinö, Helsinki. Pours black with thin off-white head. Espresso roast aroma. Taste bears good roasted malts, dried fruits and chocolate emerging as it warms. A nice meaty baltic porter when it’s -17c outside.

Fles gedeeld @Benzai’s Carnaval Tasting. zwart/caramel bruin met kaki kraag. aroma van koffie, geroosterde- gebrande mouten, chocolade, smaken evenzo matig zoet, matig/redelijk meer koffiebitter, vanille, geroosterd. iets droog in de afdonk, matige body, goede co2.
