On handpull at the brewery. Pours gold with a tight white foam. Funk, lemon, grain, hefty barnyard, oak, white grape, lemongrass, pear. Nice soft body. Lovely.

Draft pour, enjoyed at De Garde. A cloudy, thick, apple orange color pour with a loose bubble head consistent with the still pour. Peach and a soft cheese like funk on the aroma. Tart lemon like front, some funk, impressionable oak flavor, and a subtle peach background. A really interesting and unique brew to try here. Enjoyed this.

Sample at the taproom. The beer pours a hazy golden color with a medium off-white head that diminishes steadily to an outer ring. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of funky citrus, oak and yeast. Light to medium body with flavors of funky lemon, earthy yeast, and malt. The finish is funky with a citrus and yeast aftertaste. Pretty good all around.

Taste is more of the cheese notes funky barnyard lemon zest dusty wood. Wow I really like this. Very well done in would have to say maybe one of the best American made Lambic I have had.

On tap at the brewery. Hazy golden pour with a big bubbly collar of foam. Aroma is massive funk, earth, Band-Aid. Taste is sour (7/10), earthy, medicinal, lemon. Carbonation is virtually nil but there is a faint tongue tingling sensation. Not bad and very interesting.
