Stubby from Total Wine in Folsom, CA. Pours translucent gold with a white head. Aroma of wheat and hop so light I can't identify it. Med body or so. Flavor is somewhat pale stone fruit, perhaps a citrus note. A bit wheaty. There seems to be a strong flavor, but I just can't figure out much other than already noted. Just not finding it pleasing.

Fairly bare-bones hefeweizen, which seems to be the whole Session schtick. Drinkable, in that it doesn’t openly make you gag, but severely lacking in ambition. Moderate banana-clove sweetness, some haystack grassiness, and an unnecessary diacetyl backbone. Better than a macro wheat ale, I guess, but about as forgettable as craft can be. I’ll admit to being a fan of a few Session beers, but why does Full Sail set the bar so low?

11 ounce bottle from a local bodega: pours hazy light orange yellow with a white head. Aroma is undifferentiated fruitiness... some banana... hints of spice. Taste is kind of bland and one dinensional, but quite easy to drink.

On nitro tap at McKay's Taphouse, pours a clear pale copper yellow with a small creamy white head. Aroma is very subdued, with soft pillow wheat, not much else. Flavour is soft and light, with sweet cereal malt upfront and soft pillowy wheat. Ordinary but clean and easy to drink. Not much to talk about here. Meh.

On tap at the brewery. This session line has been awesome. Pours a clear copper color with a medium white head. A nice floral toasted malt nose. The flavor is lemons, more bready toasted malts, some banana. Solid.

11 oz bottle from the Session Mix Pack. Aroma is doughy, minerally, wheat--pretty muted. Pours cloudy golden with a collapsing white head. Taste has light bitterness with flavors of wheat, not much else. Creamy mouthfeel. Simple American Wheat a la Widmer Hefe. Bland, inoffensive and very easy to mindlessly chug a bunch of.
