Malty body with malty finish. Black body with fast dissipating off white head. Roasty aroma.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy amber with medium off white head that lasts. The aroma is roast, cocoa, cracker malt. Medium mouth, strong roast, cocoa, light finish, very good.

On Tap at the River Room, Whole Foods, Boise Clear redish brown with a small soapy light tan head. Light rpast aroma, busy flavors of roast, some of that fruity notes that the lager yeast leaves and a dry but chalky trailer. Strange bitterness. Calling it a porter got my hopes up a little too much

Medium brown, thin bubbly head. Aroma is chocolatey, slightly nutty, sweetish, decent hoppy bitterness. Good balanced porter.
