Pale pink, thick head. Tart, a touch of saline in the finish rounds it out so well, the floral notes are restrained, the oak helps dry it out. Everything really comes together beautifully in this one.

Draft. An unclear red-golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of hibiscus, honey, wheat, and funk. The flavor is sour with notes of hibiscus, honey, funk, and wheat, leading to a tart finish.

Bottle pour at St Gambrinus. Pours luminous pink red. Hibiscus, lime, floral, rose, soft grape, nice tartness, light funk. Very light spritzy body. Good.
