Poured from a 750 ml bottle. Aroma is fairly cherry forward with a fairly fresh, black cherry notes with some skin, stem and leaf notes. Quite a bit cherry meat. Some light acidity and hints of citrus. Light oak notes with a bit of rum. Pours a somewhat hazy, bright amber red color with a medium sized, thin, white head that disappears almost immediately. No lacing or legs. Flavor is slightly sweet with a moderate acidity. Quite a bit of cherry notes with some light skin, leaf and stem notes. A bit of a meaty character, but way less than in the aroma. Light oak and wheat notes. A bit of a rum character that adds a touch of a spice note. Mouthfeel is medium light to light bodied with medium high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice cherry Bu. The rum notes work well with the fruit and some nice complexity. Acidity isn’t sharp at all which is nice.

Bottle thanks to Eric. Pours a cloudy ruby with small white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is strong cherry skin, oak, funk. Thin mouth, nice tart cherry, oak, light rum, musk, low acidity, really enjoted this.
