Can, the date code baffles me.
Pours a clear straw yellow with not much of a head of foam.
Smells of semi tart apples, light lemongrass, basic but inviting.
Lemongrass comes through more in the taste than the smell. Solid semi tart apples lead the way.
Light body with light carbonation. A nice diversion from beer. Very tasty and refreshing.

On tap at Glenwood Canyon Brewbup. Pours a clear gold with small frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is strong apple skin and pear. Thin body, apple skin, grass, pear, crisp, clean finish, good.

Sampled at the 2013 Chicago Cider Summit. Pours a clear pale yellow with a white head that starts and stays on the edges with visible carbonation. Aroma has a musty, funky apple note that reminds me of a harvest. Flavor combines the musty/funk note with sweet apple and a hint of grass coming through.
