Bottle. Pours clear yellow, big white head. Smell is dry, very, very mild apple factor. Taste is sharp, bit dry indeed. Hidden apple aromatic features. Tastes a bit too much like champagne to me. Ending is bit more apples. Doable in general. Too high carbo, thin mf ( as expected) OK

0.75l bottle from the big Match in Leuven. Pale golden body, not much head. Appley, slighty vinegary/acidic nose, that turned sweetish. Yeah, demi-sec heh. Slightly corky pleasant sweetish cider with a veery light underlying acidity that saves the taste. Slightly too fizzy mouthfeel. The corkiness goes into the aftertaste. Bit light. The appley notes are sourish and nice.
