Tap @ Chez Moeder Lambic, Brussels. Pale blonde. Anis, cellary and coreander in the aroma. Sweetish perfumed flavor with anis and coreander. Ginger. Some late hop flashes.

Hazy amber body. Lightly white head. Floral aroma - bit caramel. Well balanced. Lovely

750 ml bottle at Délices & Caprices in Brussels (sampled in 2016). Served at a beer tasting session as an example of unintended fermentation that might go in a positive direction. Hazy yellow orange body with a small and fast disappearing white head. Aroma is funky with citric fruit, grass and coriander. Flavor is mild acidic, a bit Brett, citric fruit, sweet malt, grassy bitterness and floral. Medium body and funky aftertaste. Clearly infected, but in a nice way. Have something in common with funky Saisons like Orval or Fantome but with a strange combination of grassy hops, quite unique.

Bottle from belgiuminabox.com. Gusher Pours fuzzy warm blonse, goos to big white head fades fast. Smell is bitter with some brett notes. Reminds of orval ( infection or ment too? Nice either way) Taste is bitter, still very fresh (! ) tasting. Apples, bit of brett way less than the scent. Bit dry, some funk. I like this way more than expexted. Dont think ita infection, ita too good for that. Would be way better with less carbo though

Aroma is fresh with soapy citrus, hops and some floral notes. Flavour has lots of soapy citrus and hops with fruits. Tripel meets IPA: the result is rather refreshing and nice!

Bottle: Pale golden, slowly collapsing loose rocky white head, fruity-yeasty nose, hops present, but in the second row; moderate to solid sweet-bitter flavour, almost full bodied, smooth; drier and hoppier in the finish, but the yeastiness and the fruitiness still dominate. Not bad, but unharmonic or, as Joris wrote, "was the hop harvest that bad?"............

(bottle, 75cl, gushing) Cloudy, pale golden colour with a blond and rocky frothy head. Spicy Belgian yeast character with citric hops and a flowery touch. Moderately bitter flavour with a tinge of sourness and malty sweetness, medium bodied with a spritzy carbonation. Slightly sourish wheaty and yeasty taste with present citrus-fruity hops and a spicy tail; dry-ish bitter-sweet and citric finish with a well-masked alcohol. Doesn´t fit that right. 20.X.11

Bottle. Hazy golden/light amber with a small head. Not that hoppy, instead I did notice tutti-frutti, soap, some light brett, grass and fruit. Not as good as expected, actually quite boring in the long run.

75cl bottle from Utobeer. Golden pour with a white head. Pear drops and citrus aromas with a tinge of pineapple. Quite spicy. Tangerine, pear and pineapple flavours. Sweet tripelesque tang. Quite smooth. Sweet, fruity finish.

C: Yellowish witbier. S: Infected water.. like groundwater. T: Not an ipa taste. Bit sour and musty. Decent palate.
