75cl bottle from Utobeer. Hazy orange gold thick lasting beige head. Wet hop, fresh hop aroma. Decent really fresh hoppy beer. A little soapy on the aroma. A bit sweet on the pale malts. It’s drinkable enough and pretty interesting but it’s not worth the £10 it cost. Very decent hops.

Bottle from the Bottle Stop, Bramhall. Orangey gold pour with a good sized white head. Fragrant piney hop nose with some citrus, yeast and sweet malt notes. All of the above elements present in the flavour, with a hint of spice. ABV quite well masked, but balance seemed a little off. Dry bitter finish. Pretty good but not great.

(Draught at Moeder Lambic Fontainas) The beer poured pale golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, pine and hops. Palate was medium bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, hops, pine, yeast, sweetness and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity and bitter. A pleasant and crisp brew that was an enjoyment to drink.

Draught Metallic gold with a green sheen; very fine, dense white head with textbook lace. Lots of pale malts, surprisingly little hops, bit toasted, ureum, and yeast byproducts. Bit flat, dry flavour as from unleavened bread, or buns covered in flour. Cereals, and some yeasty flavour. Light, slick, but not empty. Toasted sweetness emerging in the aftertaste. Guido, Nino, was the hopharvest THAT bad, this year?

Note: first samples without yeast, afterwards with yeast.

Without yeast: clear golden beer, airy white towering head, unstable and non adhesive. Aroma: hops, spices, some citrus fruits. MF: ok carbon, medium body, bit watery texture. Taste: hop bitterness throughout the whole time. Some spices, pepper. Aftertaste: nice dry bitterness but nothing else.
Ar: 6, Ap: 4, T: 6, P:3, O:13

With yeast: cloudy golden orange to amber beer. Head is the same. Aroma: somewhat fruitier, more citrus and a hint of tropical fruits. MF: a bit more body, not so watery. Taste: again more fruitier. Definitely better with the yeast.
