De Splenterbomme' is een Tripel van 8%, gebrouwen door de Brugse brouwerij Fort Lapin. "Het werd éénmalig speciaal voor ons gebrouwen en zal exclusief tijdens deze eindejaarsperiode hier aan onze stand kunnen gedronken worden. Het biertje bevat hoofdzakelijk gerstemout aangevuld met een klein gedeelte tarwe wat zorgt voor een lichte witbiersmaak. Er werd enkel Belgische hoppe gebruikt. Het bevat ook een bezinksel die zorgt voor een speciale kleur en smaak

Zomerbierfestival 14 Pours like a wheatbeer . Small to no head . Smell has much lemon zest . High carbo . Lemon ( not sour though ) with a slightly hoppy touch . Ok .

Cloudy murky beige beer with some chunks, small off-white head, unstable, dissipates quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: some band-aid, chemical, hay, some grains, banana and banana peel, yeast. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty bitter start, banana, yeast, more yeast, bready, bit metallic, banana, some coriander. Aftertaste: bitter touch, metallic, some citrus, yeasty, bit watery.
