[1/26/17] Draught at Fogbelt Brewing in Santa Rosa. Black. Aroma of roast, a bit of chocolate. Sweetish flavor, roast, coffee. Medium-bodied.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a dark brown with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is roast and cocoa. Medium body, chocolate, bread, roast, dry finish, good.

Draft a the brewpub. Dark mahogany brown, lasting light tan aroma is roasted barley, mineral. Flavour is ashy roast, berry berry, mineral. Palate is semi sweet, moderate carbonation.

Tap@Fogbelt. Pours clear black with a medium creamy beige head and decent lacing. Aroma is roasty, a bit burned, lactic. Flavor is medium sweet, light bitter, roast and a bit of chocolate, plus a touch of rubber. A bit watery.
