Poured from a 500 ml bottle. Aroma has light grain notes with light citrus acidity. Moderate fruit notes with pineapple and mango. Some light grape notes with medium light white wine and oak notes. A slow gusher. Pours a hazy, pale, yellow gold with a small, thick, white head that recedes quickly to the edges and disappears. Flavor has a medium light sweetness with light acidity. Moderate notes of white wine and oak. Medium pineapple and mango notes. A light stone fruit note. Light to medium light grain notes. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a pretty nice beer. Well balanced with nice complexity. Good grain, fruit, and barrel notes with an acidity that isn’t too strong.
